Along with the trend of sustainable energy, Plus Renewable initiated a new business with solar panels. The main challenge was to help customers easily understand the products and the benefits that they can get by installing the solar panels. At the same time, the company was redesigned to represent the values of sustainability.

The main challenge was to help customers easily understand the products and the benefits that they can get by installing the solar panels. At the same time, the company was redesigned to represent the values of sustainability.
We traveled to Japan to learn from the current customers, without guessing about their expectations and experience in adopting solar energy panels. Though they were happy with the current use of solar energy, there were some barriers initially to understand the actual cost and return with too many technical words which were the main challenges we tried to tackle.

The images of natural energy sources were translated into visual design elements to communicate the branding messages to customers. Also, the whole branding was aimed to be minimalistic without tech-look to get closer to our target customers.

Visualizing how our daily life would look like with solar energy helped customers understand the product in their own contexts, rather than just showing cold looks of the panels. It had to be really easy to understand regardless of age and education backgrounds. Terminology and data-related content were also translated more visually and personalized based on each customer.
